So, day two 100 grams lighter and my 2nd morning of getting up before 6am to go for a run! Not a bad effort I must say.

I think I enjoy running in the mornings more then the afternoons as it gets it out of the way. Plus the people in the mornings are a whole lot more friendly then the others in the afternoon. Morning exerciser's tend be a lot more courtious with their greetings and keeping to one side of the path. Afternoon exerciser's seems to move from one side of the path to the other and stop all of a sudden to have a chat with a neighbour and then don't even try to move when you come running through.

I really am going to try and stick to the early morning routine as I know I will feel a whole lot better for it, then I get the afternoon off to do my strenght training and have a bit of time to myself.

On another note it is hump day today, and I couldn't be happier that the weekend is creeping upon us, I find out my fate tomorrow with my job, so hopefully it will be a weekend of mild celebrations. Only time will tell for now.

Until then I will keep with my positive approach.
